My Story

I’m Julie Shepro, founder of Julie Shepro Consulting, with almost 25 years of experience across sales strategy, category management, and insights in the CPG industry. I started my career in syndicated data and client service, learning how to turn information into action and how to serve clients with focus and agility.

I’ve worked across top-tier organizations including Pepperidge Farm, Nestlé, Edgewell Personal Care, and General Mills, working my way up to leadership roles at the last two.  Four years ago, I decided to take on a new challenge and launched my own consultancy to bring my expertise to a wide range of companies, from startups launching their first product, to established brands looking to optimize and scale. I’ve guided clients entering major retailers like Walmart and Kroger, helped refine their omnichannel strategies, built insight-driven sales stories that resonate with buyers, and much more.
